If there is any issue and the monthly billing process fails on the 1st of each month, the automatic renewal will be stopped.
If the automatic renewal is stopped, please follow the steps below to re-register for membership.
- Click on your profile image in the top right corner to open your profile page.
- Open the "Owned Tickets" tab.
- Open the details of the ticket you want to join with.
- Click "Use/Join."
- Enter your answers to the questions from the organizer and click "Next."
- Enter your payment information and click "Pay."
