I want to send a buyout offer to a specific user.

You can select a user from the ticket owners and send a buyout offer.

Please follow the steps below.

1. Open the ticket details screen.
2. Click "Send Buyout Offer to Ticket Owner."
3. At the bottom of the screen, find the user with the "Before Exchange" label in the "Owners of this Ticket" area.
4. Click "＞" on the right side of the relevant user.
5. Enter the amount and message in the displayed form.
6. Click "Send Offer."
