Therefore, the ticket may be sold out between opening the ticket details and pressing the purchase button.
If the message "Failed to purchase the ticket" is displayed despite no errors in the payment procedure, please check the latest status of the ticket by following these steps:
- Press "Cancel" on the screen to confirm the purchase.
- Return from the payment method screen to the details page of the ticket you want to purchase.
- Refresh the ticket details page.
- Check the "Tickets listed for sale by the owner."
If the user you were trying to buy from is not displayed in the "Tickets listed for sale by the owner" section, the ticket has already been transferred to another user.
Please proceed with the purchase again from the "Tickets listed for sale by the owner" or send a purchase offer to all ticket owners.
This message is only displayed when purchasing in the secondary market.
