Please follow the steps below to display the screen and make the change, or open the "Manage Personal Information" link while logged in.
- Click on the "≡" in the top right corner to open the menu.
- Click "Manage Personal Information."
- In the "Email Address (for important communications)" area, click "Change Email Address."
- Enter the new email address in the form and click "Send Verification Email."
- Open the email from TicketMe titled "[TicketMe] Email Address Verification."
- Click the URL provided in the verification email.
Additionally, TicketMe allows you to set a preferred email address for important contacts, separate from the email address used for membership registration.
Therefore, even if you usually receive communications from TicketMe at a certain email address, it may be different from the one used during registration.
