If you cancel your membership, your account will be immediately deleted, and you will no longer be able to use your tickets.
If you have no tickets you plan to use and it is fine to cancel now, the Customer Center will proceed with the cancellation process.
Please follow the steps below to contact the Customer Center.
- Log in to Ticketme.
- Click the "≡" in the top right corner to open the menu.
- Click "Contact Us."
- Fill out the contact form with the following details and send it:
- Contact Title: [Ticketme] Membership Cancellation Request
- Contact Content: The date you wish to cancel your membership
If you wish to contact us without logging in, please include the following additional information in the contact content field: "Account ID" and "Registered Email Address."
