I want to redeem merchandise through shipping.

Please follow the steps below.

Note that merchandise can only be redeemed through shipping if the "redemption method" for the ticket is "receive by shipping."

1. Click on your profile image in the upper right corner to open your profile page.
2. Open the "Owned Tickets" tab.
3. Open the details of the ticket you want to redeem.
4. Click "Redeem Merchandise."
5. Fill in each item in the displayed form.
6. If there are no issues with the content, click "Confirm Redemption."

*Please make sure to complete the "Received" procedure after the merchandise arrives.
