If the product has not arrived more than 5 days after the seller's shipping notification, please follow the steps below to contact TicketMe support.
- Confirm that more than 5 days have passed since the seller's shipping notification.
- Click on your profile image in the upper right corner to open your profile page.
- Open the "Owned Tickets" tab.
- Open the details of the ticket that has not been delivered.
- Click "Contact Support."
- Fill in the form with your message and click "Send."
