When the seller completes the shipping process, you will receive an email with the subject "【Important】TicketMe Merchandise Shipping Notice."
After receiving the email, please follow the steps below or use the URL provided in the email.
- Click on your profile image in the upper right corner to open your profile page.
- Open the "Owned Tickets" tab.
- Open the details of the ticket you want to mark as received.
- Click the "Product Received" button to open the confirmation screen.
- If there are no issues with the content, click "Product Received."
