I want to redeem merchandise using a QR code.

Please follow the steps below.

Note that the QR code can only be used for merchandise where the "redemption method" is "hand over at the event."

1. Click on your profile image in the upper right corner to open your profile page.
2. Open the "Owned Tickets" tab.
3. Open the details of the ticket you want to redeem.
4. Click "Redeem Merchandise."
5. Click "Display Redemption QR Code."
6. Use the displayed QR code to receive your merchandise.
